Anchored Ascent

Assess where you stand. Target what matters. Execute the plan. Track what changes.

I coach driven individuals — whether you're still finding your direction, or you've already got it and need a real system to execute at a higher level. Career, relationships, focus, performance under pressure, and the nervous system work underneath all of it.

What This Actually Is

Everybody's got advice for you. Family, friends, a guy on the internet with an opinion. I don't.I ask questions — strategically, without an agenda — until what's actually true gets clear. Then we build a real plan around it: what to target, what to do, and how to track whether it's working.Could be direction. Could be career, relationships, focus, how you handle pressure, or your nervous system. Most people don't need everything fixed. They need the one or two things that are actually the bottleneck, found accurately instead of guessed at.

Finding what's actually in your way is step one. It's not the whole thing.

Once it's clear, this becomes building — a specific plan, real tools (including the breathwork and regulation work most coaches don't offer), and a structure that tracks whether it's actually working over weeks and months, not just a single insight in a single session.

This isn't a one-time gut check. It's an ongoing system you can keep running on your own, in any area of your life, for as long as you want to keep growing.

More Than A Diagnosis

The Method

Assess. A real look at where you stand — six areas, no guessing. Target. Find the one or two things actually in your way. Execute. Build the plan. Group program or 1:1. Track. Real progress, checked over time, adjusted as things change.

Why This Works

This isn't a personality — it's a method backed by real research, applied by someone who's lived it.

The coaching itself: the largest study of its kind (ICF, with PricewaterhouseCoopers, 2,000+ clients across 64 countries) found a median return of 7x the investment for companies and 3.4x for individuals, with 80% reporting improved confidence and 70% reporting measurably better performance. These are self-reported numbers from people who chose coaching, so take them as directional, not gospel — but the direction is consistent and well-documented.

The breathwork: slow, controlled breathing is one of the most well-evidenced tools in nervous system regulation — shown across controlled trials to measurably lower stress response and improve heart rate variability. It's not a wellness trend. It's physiology.

The structure: the "one specific plan beats a vague intention" principle behind Assess-Target-Execute-Track has decades of research behind it (implementation intentions). Most people don't fail from lack of motivation. They fail from lack of a specific enough plan.

Not Therapy

Quick clarification, because it comes up a lot: this isn't therapy. Therapy looks backward — healing, diagnosed conditions, licensed clinical work. Coaching looks forward. You're not healing here. You're capable and stuck on something specific, and we build the plan to move past it.Some people use both. I don't diagnose or treat, and I'll tell you plainly if what you need is a therapist instead.

Why me?

8 years Army, including a combat deployment and years leading soldiers stateside. 7 years professionally evaluating what people need and building targeted plans around it. 6 years coaching football. A 4-stripe BJJ brown belt. Certified in both life coaching and breathwork.

I've spent my career reading people accurately instead of guessing, then building a plan around what's actually true. I just used to do it for teenagers. Now I do it for people who are ready to do the work themselves.

His coaching approach is personal, empowering and transformative. Ever session, I felt supported, encouraged and motivated to push forward with confidence. Thanks to Seth, I've not only reached my goals but I have grown tremendously along the way If you are looking for a life coach who genuinely cares about your success and tailors the process to fit you unique strengths, look no further. Highly recommended!"
